"The reason we looked into this office was because of Amy and her great reviews, but I sorely regret ever switching our insurance. The agent we worked with was unprofessional and wasn’t upfront about everything in the beginning. She told us we were covered, but it turned out that our coverage would be ended if we didn’t make some costly upgrades to our home. Her response was “These are pretty small changes that need to be made.” Small doesn’t equal inexpensive… and we never would have had to make these changes if she hadn’t misled us about our coverage. I wasn’t going to write a review since I finally switched to a better (and less costly) provider months ago, but they keep sending us a residual bill when we were told everything be run through our mortgage lender."

"I'm so sorry the experience wasn't what you hoped it would be. I reviewed your file, and it looks like the repairs requested were to reduce risk and improve safety at the property. We always try to be up front with information needed when writing policies, but we can't always predict exactly what will be requested once policies go through underwriting, especially with how strict policy guidelines have become industry-wide over the past year. We would never, ever mislead someone intentionally to make a sale. I have a zero tolerance for that type of behavior and it would not be allowed in my office. I see we submitted a note to underwriting on 7/31/24 that you completed the repairs, after which the policy was reinstated. You e-mailed our office on August 2nd requesting to cancel the policies, which we did right away. Although the employee you were dealing with no longer works at my office, I do see several text and e-mail chains indicating that there was communication about progress and requirements. Again, I apologize if this communication did not meet your expectations. We certainly try to treat everyone with respect and kindness in every interaction. Please contact our office directly for billing questions, as Google wouldn't be an appropriate place to discuss this. "

"Great service and great savings! Was facing a 20% increase from previous carrier and Amy was able to save us substantially on all of our autos and home along with increasing our umbrella policy coverage at the same price as previous year. "I just finished speaking with Amy about setting up a homeowners policy, and couldn't be happier with the experience. She took the time to explain everything as we went along, was thorough, kind, and straight easy to talk with. Made for a very comfortable and surprisingly fun experience. "We were referred to Amy by another current customer of hers and so glad we reached out to her. We had been with another company for 9+ years when she brought to our attention that we have very little homeowners coverage to the point we would have been our thousands of dollars if something would have happened. Thank goodness nothing had. She sat down with us and reviewed everything, requoted and even was able to add umbrella coverage for less than previous place. The fact that she took the time and care to investigate our previous policy with us more was amazing. Thank You!!"
